To use Mumaken's services, you must be at least 21 years of age, hold a valid Saudi driver's license, and meet the requirements of our delivery app partners.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use the vehicles and services provided by Mumaken responsibly, in compliance with all applicable traffic laws and the regulations of partner platforms.

3. Payments and Earnings

There are no upfront payments. A small share of your earnings is allocated to the service, deducted only when you earn.

4. Vehicle Care

You are responsible for the day-to-day care of the assigned vehicle. Maintenance and insurance are fully covered by Mumaken under the agreed terms.

5. Termination

Mumaken reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services in cases of misuse, breach of these terms, or violation of partner platform policies.

6. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
